Korea Conformity Laboratories

KCL (Korea Conformity Laboratories) ( here, referred to “The Laboratories”) shall use personal data collected when an application for Proficiency test was filled, for the purpose as follows.

- Required Collection Category: name, belonged agency and department, contact number, e-mail address, the status of participation and result of Proficiency test
- Purpose for Collecting and Using Personal Data : To operate, manage, maintain and use the result of Proficiency test programs
- Period : until five years after personal data was submitted, or until an application for deleting personal data is filled (But, if there are legislative regulations prescribed, personal data shall be maintained during the corresponding period)
※ You can have your right to make the disagreement to collect and use your personal information. But if you disagree to collect and use your personal information, you are informed that you cannot take a Proficiency test.

The laboratories shall make it a principle not to disclose every information that the participants provide. However, the collected information can provide to the third party, under the condition as follows.

- Object of the Receipt of Personal Information : interested organizations (KOLAS (Korea Laboratory Accreditation Scheme), regulatory agency
- Personal Information Provided : name, belonged agency, department, contact number, e-mail address, the status of participation and result of Proficiency test
- Purpose for Collecting and Using Personal Data : To check and manage the result of Proficiency test
- Period of Retention and Use : until the purpose for collecting and using personal data is attained
※ You can have your right to make the disagreement to provide your personal information to the third party But if you disagree to collect and use your personal information, you are informed that you cannot take a Proficiency test.
