Delivery and Refund / Exchange Policy
Delivery Method : by courier or direct delivery
Delivery Area : all parts around the nation
Delivery Charges : free of charge
Period of Delivery : 1-2 days
Exchange and return is possible only in the case when an application for it is approved, on the phone (02-3415-8869) or through [Bulletin Board for Enquiry] of the Webpage of KCL.
Delivery charges are free of charge, in case when return and exchange are necessary, due to product defects or delivery mistake.
In case of an application for exchange/ return by just intent change or a purchase mistake, it is possible within a week as of date of the receipt of the corresponding products.
Exchange :Re-sending of a new product (C,O, D) after returning the corresponding products (prepaid delivery charge is necessary)
Refund : Returning corresponding products (prepaid delivery charge is necessary)
In case when an application for returning products is filled, it shall be handled, after checking the corresponding products, and shall be refunded, within a week as of the date of the collected production collection (Time can be required depending on payment systems).
